Cricket South Africa has announced the venues for the 2027 ICC ODI World Cup.Cricket South Africa announced the venues at the formation of the Local Organizing Committee for the ODI World Cup.44 out of 54 matches of the 2027 World Cup will be played in South Africa. 8 venues in South Africa will host the ODI World Cup matches.Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, East London, Paarl and Cape Town have been awarded the hosting rights for the ODI World Cup.
The remaining 10 matches of the World Cup will be hosted by Zimbabwe and Namibia.It should be noted that the 2027 World Cup is to be jointly hosted by South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe. The 2027 ODI World Cup will be played in October and November.
