The full name and logo of the new franchise joining the eleventh edition of the Pakistan Super League have been unveiled. The new team will compete in the event under the name Sialkot Stallions.
The owner of the Sialkot franchise, Hamza Majeed, said that Stallions is not just a name but an identity of Sialkot. He added that the team will enter the PSL with the historic and popular name Sialkot Stallions.
Co owner Kamil Khan also officially announced the team name and logo, confirming the franchise as Sialkot Stallions.
OZ Developers purchased the franchise for a hefty amount of 1.85 billion rupees during the auction held on January 8. Since then, there had been speculation that the team would be named Sialkot Stallions.
Confirming the news, co owner Kamil Khan wrote on social media platform X that fans had guessed it, waited for it, and now he was proud to officially introduce Sialkot Stallions.
Expressing happiness over joining Pakistan’s top cricket league, the franchise owner said the team will be seen in action as Sialkot Stallions in PSL 11 and added that he is extremely excited to be part of the Pakistan Super League journey.
HBL PSL 11 will officially begin on March 26, 2026. For the first time, eight teams will participate in the event, and Faisalabad has also been included as an additional venue for hosting matches this season.
