In a message posted on X, Siraj said that Air India flight IX 2884, scheduled to depart from Guwahati to Hyderabad at 7:25 a.m., faced repeated delays without any prior notice.
He added that despite repeatedly asking the staff, the airline did not give any clear explanation. Even after four hours, there was no update or alternative arrangement, leaving dozens of passengers stranded and distressed at the airport.
Siraj said that traveling with Air India has been an extremely disappointing experience for him, and he would not recommend this airline to anyone.
After his post, social media users also began criticizing the Indian airline Air India.
