Former Pakistan cricket team head coach Mickey Arthur has expressed surprise over Babar Azam’s exclusion from the Asia Cup squad.In a statement, Arthur said he could not understand why Babar Azam was not included in the team.
It is worth mentioning that Pakistan qualified for the Super Four stage of the T20 Asia Cup 2025 after defeating the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 41 runs in the 10th match of the tournament.
The national squad for this event does not feature star players Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Naseem Shah. The team is being led by Salman Ali Agha.
