Only the selection committee can explain why players were left out says Mohammad Rizwan

Former Pakistan cricket team captain Mohammad Rizwan has said that only the selection committee can explain why certain players were left out of the squad.Speaking at a press conference in Lahore, Rizwan said that Pakistan has players who have experience of playing in Bangladesh.

He added that it is difficult to say whether captaining the Pakistan team is easy or difficult.

Rizwan further said that the nation’s expectations from the team are very high, and if better results are desired, the team must be given time.

He also said that there has been a decline in performance which needs to improve.
