The final, played between India and New Zealand in the UAE, became the most-watched Champions Trophy match ever, with 65.3 billion live viewing minutes, up 52% from the 2017 final.

Although Pakistan didn’t reach the final, local viewership still grew by 24%, showing fans’ strong support.

Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore hosted major matches, including a semi-final, while Karachi opened the tournament and Rawalpindi also played a key role.

This was the first ICC event in Pakistan in 29 years, with major stadium upgrades done to host it.

Australia also saw a 65% increase in viewership, showing the Champions Trophy’s growing global popularity.
