South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada stated that Babar Azam is counted among the most challenging batters globally.
Rabada, while speaking as a guest on a recent podcast, was asked which batters he found most difficult to bowl against in his career.In response, he said Babar Azam is like a rock, and especially when matches are played in Pakistan, dismissing him is not easy one has to carefully think about how to get him out.
Rabada further mentioned that England’s Joe Root, Australia’s Steve Smith, and New Zealand’s Kane Williamson are also highly challenging batters.Fans have also increased their demand for Babar Azam’s return to the national team.
He added that Australia’s David Warner, due to his aggressive and unorthodox style, has been the toughest batter he has faced.It is worth noting that Rabada has represented South Africa in 71 Tests, 106 ODIs, and 70 T20 internationals, claiming over 500 wickets across formats.
