Salman Ali Agha, the captain of the Pakistan cricket team, said that he hopes press conferences will not revolve around questions about Babar Azam. He added that Babar should be left alone and allowed to focus on his batting.

While speaking at a press conference in Lahore, Salman said a player should perform according to the team’s requirements. He explained that if the situation demands a run rate of six, he will play accordingly, and if ten runs per over are needed, he will adjust his approach.

He stated that the upcoming three matches are extremely important and described the series against Australia as very positive for Pakistan. According to him, Australia usually maintains the same competitive mindset regardless of circumstances.

Salman Ali Agha further said that it does not matter if Australia are missing their main players, as this presents a good opportunity for Pakistan to win the series against them.He also mentioned that in T20 cricket, no team can be considered weak or strong, and players cannot choose to bat at any position based on personal preference.

It is worth noting that the first T20 match between Pakistan and Australia will be played tomorrow in Lahore.

The second and third T20 matches will take place on January 31 and February 1. All matches in the series will begin at 4 pm in the evening.
