This is the first time in Pakistan cricket history that spinners have taken all 10 wickets in a T20 International match. Abrar Ahmed and Shadab Khan took three wickets each, Usman Tariq took two, while Saim Ayub and Mohammad Nawaz claimed one wicket each.
In the history of T20 cricket, this is the 10th time overall that all wickets in an innings have been taken by spinners, and only the second such instance in a match between full member teams.
Previously, among full member nations, only Indian spinners had achieved this feat when they took all 10 wickets against West Indies in a match played in Florida in 2022.
