Captain Harry Brook smashed a ruthless 79 off just 35 balls to lead England to an effortless 9-wicket victory over India in the fourth T20 International at Bristol. This clinical performance has given the hosts an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series.

Batting first, India posted a total of 158/7 in their allotted overs, driven by captain Shreyas Iyer who anchored the innings with a fighting 80 off 49 deliveries, including four boundaries and five massive sixes. Shivam Dube chipped in with 22 runs, but the rest of the batting lineup struggled to build momentum as Jofra Archer and Josh Tongue picked up two wickets each.

In response, England chased down the target with absolute ease in the 14th over, wrapping up the game with 37 balls to spare. Following the early departure of Jos Buttler for 13, opener Phil Salt and captain Harry Brook put on a masterclass, staging an unbeaten 146-run partnership for the second wicket. Brook’s explosive knock was laced with 8 fours and 4 sixes, while Salt supported brilliantly with a solid 59 to guide England home to a comprehensive victory.
