Pakistan cricket team star batter Babar Azam has been ruled out of the first Test against Bangladesh after Injury.
According to team management, Babar Azam will miss the opening Test due to a knee injury. Pakistan team doctors are currently assessing his condition.
The management added that further updates regarding Babar’s fitness will be shared later.
The two match Test series between Pakistan and Bangladesh begins tomorrow in Dhaka, while the second Test will start on May 16 in Sylhet.
It is worth mentioning that Babar Azam recently won the Pakistan Super League title for the first time as captain, leading Peshawar Zalmi to their second PSL trophy.
