Pacers Naseem Shah, Aamer Jamal, and emerging fast bowler Ali Raza have been excluded from Pakistan’s upcoming tours of Bangladesh and the West Indies. Naseem and Jamal are recovering from injuries and need more time for full fitness, while 17-year-old Raza has been sidelined due to a vision issue under floodlights. He will consult a specialist and continue development via the Pakistan Shaheens.

Meanwhile, Sarfaraz Ahmed and Sikandar Bakht are informally involved in monitoring selection decisions, though the PCB hasn’t formally confirmed their roles. The selection panel, including Aaqib Javed, Mike Hesson, and Salman Ali Agha, has endorsed Rohail Nazir for the upcoming T20Is. Hesson is expected back in Karachi on July 7, ahead of the training camp starting July 10. Pakistan is likely to face Bangladesh in a three-match T20I series, followed by ODIs and T20Is against the West Indies in August.
