Indian batting superstar Virat Kohli has shared that he listens to Punjabi singer Karan Aujla’s popular track Winning Speech before walking onto the field, saying the song deeply connects with his personal life journey.
Speaking at a recent event alongside Karan Aujla, Kohli praised the singer for writing music that comes straight from the heart.
He said that Winning Speech resonates with him because it mirrors the struggles and emotional experiences both of them have faced in life.
Kohli explained that losing his father at a young age made him connect even more strongly with the song, making it one of the tracks closest to his heart.
The former Indian captain also spoke about handling pressure in cricket, saying that whenever others begin losing hope in tense situations, he focuses on finding a way to change the course of the match and lead his team back into the game.
