Pakistan’s preparations for the upcoming ODI series against Australia are gaining momentum, with a probable list of 25 players finalized for the national white-ball training camp.
Reports suggest that the selectors, team captain, and head coach have jointly shortlisted the players based on recent white-ball performances.
The camp is likely to start from May 15, where players will take part in intensive training sessions along with two practice matches, expected to be held in Lahore and Rawalpindi.
The expected camp participants include emerging and experienced names such as Saim Ayub, Shadab Khan, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf, Naseem Shah, Abrar Ahmed, Aamir Jamal, and others.
Meanwhile, players currently engaged with the Test squad are not expected to join the camp. Faheem Ashraf and Mohammad Nawaz are also unlikely to be included in the training setup.
