Plans have been finalized for Pakistan’s Shaheens, Emerging, and Age-Group cricket teams. High Performance Director Aqib Javed has submitted the proposal for approval. The biomechanics lab is expected to shift from a local university to the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Lahore, where players will be trained using modern tools and software.

New high-performance centers will be set up in Faisalabad and Sialkot. U-13 and U-15 training will take place in Sialkot, while U-17 camps will be held in Faisalabad. U-19 players will train in Multan, and women’s programs are planned for Karachi. Around 30–35 players will train at NCA to strengthen the national bench. Although no red-ball head coach is being appointed yet, names like Misbah-ul-Haq are being considered for the Test setup.
