Batting first, West Indies posted 153/6, powered by a blistering 47 off 19 balls from Stafanie Taylor and 36 runs from Shamilia Connell.
Scotland looked in control during the chase, but a dramatic collapse in the final two overs, where they lost five wickets, turned the game around.
Despite Darcey Carter’s fighting 59 and Ailsa Lister’s 33, Scotland were bowled out for 146, handing West Indies a hard-fought win.
