West Indies captain Shai Hope shared a lighthearted take on his prolific form in India, joking about luggage weight limits after collecting multiple Player of the Match accolades across the ongoing white-ball tour.
Hope has enjoyed an exceptional run with the bat, following up two centuries in the three-match ODI series with another two tons in the T20 International leg. Having already collected three Player of the Match awards on the tour, the West Indian skipper quipped that the physical trophies are becoming quite heavy, playfully noting that the team will need to monitor baggage allowances and might face excess weight troubles on their flight home.
While India claimed the preceding ODI series 2-1, the five-match T20I contest sits tied at 2-2, setting up a decisive series finale on Saturday.
