The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has granted No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to 13 players, including Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Shaheen Afridi, enabling them to feature in various international franchise tournaments.
Rizwan, Shaheen, Babar, and Shadab Khan are set to enter the Big Bash League (BBL) Draft on June 19, with NOCs issued for the window of December 14 to 28.
Notably, Babar, Rizwan, and Shaheen—absent from recent T20I series—will play in the 2025 BBL.
Other players cleared include:
- Mohammad Nawaz – Guyana Super League + another unnamed league
- Mohammad Amir – T20 Blast (Essex) until July 18
- Shan Masood – County Championship (Leicestershire) till September 1
- Mohammad Abbas, Hasan Ali, Khurram Shahzad – County Championship
- Khawaja Nafay – Global Super League
- Muhammad Hassan Khan – unnamed league
The PCB announced the approvals via an official statement on Tuesday.
