Mark Chapman was picked in the top player category but couldn’t join Quetta Gladiators at the start of the tournament. So, they brought in mystery spinner Ali Majid, 33, to help their bowling.
Now, Chapman has joined the team and will take part in training today, said team manager Azam Khan. He called Chapman a big boost, saying he can handle pressure and fight back, which is what the middle order needs.

Chapman is good at steadying the innings or scoring fast, with a strong record in T20 cricket. His skills against spin bowling also suit the pitches here. Quetta Gladiators are currently fourth on the table with one win in three matches and will play Karachi Kings next on Friday, April 25, in Lahore.
