The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has named a 16-player squad for the upcoming three-match T20 series against Bangladesh. Salman Ali Agha will serve as the captain, with all matches set to take place at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium. The official schedule will be released soon.
Notably, senior players Shaheen Shah Afridi, Babar Azam, and Mohammad Rizwan have been left out of the squad. Hassan Ali, Fakhar Zaman, and Saim Ayub have made a comeback, while Hussain Talat, Sahibzada Farhan, and Faheem Ashraf have also been included.
Young pacers Naseem Shah and Mohammad Wasim Jr. have retained their places. On the other hand, Abdul Samad, Jehandad Khan, and Abbas Afridi have been dropped. Players like Mohammad Ali, Umair Bin Yousuf, Sufyan Muqeem, and Usman Khan were also excluded.
