Peshawar Zalmi’s wicketkeeper-batter Muhammad Haris says that while the world has advanced in modern cricket, Pakistan is still behind. Moreover he said he trains with a focus on modern cricket and often discusses this with coaches.
Haris believes if Pakistan adapts to modern cricket styles, results will improve. He added that he’s comfortable batting at any position and is focused on team performance.He learns from senior players like Babar Azam but says personal effort matters most. According to him, confidence is key—if you’re confident, your performance will show. He also credited Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s success to players’ hard work and regular cricket.
Lastly, Haris said good technique is essential in T20s, as it helps play in different match situations.
